Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Process for Returns & Refunds

If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7–10 business days].
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Where possible, we may offer an exchange for the same item if it is defective or damaged. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
